Lee joined Superstructures in 2020 as the second Apprentice Structural Engineer to come through from Suffolk One, where he completed a BTEC in Engineering and also undertook work experience with the team. Over the course of his apprenticeship, Lee gained hands-on experience across a variety of structural projects while studying for his degree in Civil Engineering. He successfully graduated in 2024 and now works as a Graduate Structural Engineer, continuing to support project delivery and design development. In recognition of his outstanding progress and commitment, Lee was awarded Apprentice of the Year by the Suffolk Joint Construction Committee (SJCC) in May 2024.
