BSc IEng MICE
Lee joined Superstructures in 2020 as the second Apprentice Structural Engineer to come through from Suffolk One, where he completed a BTEC in Engineering and also undertook work experience with the team. During his apprenticeship, Lee gained hands-on experience across a wide range of structural projects while studying for his degree in Civil Engineering. He successfully graduated in 2024 and, following the completion of his End Point Assessment, achieved Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) at the end of 2025. Lee now works as a fully qualified Structural Engineer, continuing to support project delivery and design development. In recognition of his outstanding progress and commitment, he was awarded Apprentice of the Year by the Suffolk Joint Construction Committee (SJCC) in May 2024.
