Charlie joined Superstructures in 2022 as an Apprentice Structural Engineer and is currently studying Civil Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University. Since joining the team, he has been involved in a wide range of structural projects, developing his skills in analysis, design, and technical detailing. In addition to his apprenticeship, Charlie leads Superstructures’ internal Sustainability Team, where he plays a key role in promoting environmentally conscious design and helping integrate sustainable practices across the business. He is passionate about creating efficient, future-focused engineering solutions and is committed to making a positive impact through his work.
