Jim leads the Civil Engineering division at Superstructures, bringing extensive experience across infrastructure design, drainage, and external works. With a strong technical background and a practical, solutions-focused approach, Jim oversees the delivery of civil engineering services across a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He works closely with clients, architects, and local authorities to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and sustainable design outcomes. Jim is also actively involved in mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement within the team.
